Our “Mountain Memories“ cabin is a NEW 2026 intimate 1 BR/ 1 Bath couples retreat with beautiful mountain views of Townsend and private access to the Little River. From the moment you step inside, you will know that our cabin is not just a place to stay, but a place to reconnect, recharge, and make lasting Mountain Memories while in the Smokies.

This cabin is family-owned and operated as part of Cabins on Little River, LLC. As lifelong residents of Townsend, we take great pride in providing friendly, personal service to make sure every detail of your stay is just right.

How easy is it to get here?

The cabin is only 15-20 minutes from the airport via Highway 321. You can catch nonstop flights to and from major destinations out of Knoxville airport (TYS).

Can I bring My Pet?

Unfortunately we are not able to accomodate pets in our cabins.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes, there is an additional charge of $200 for cleaning. *Subject to change & conditions.

What's your cancellation policy?

Due to our small size, cancellations and changes made to arrival and departure dates affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus a $100 processing fee. We recommend purchasing traveler's insurance for your trip.

If you cancel after fewer than 60 days before your stay, you will not get a refund.

I loved the location right on the river, the cabin was nice an comfy with the gas fireplace, the nice firepit, the non rat race town is a relief from the hustle an bustle traffic jamb logged towns of Gatlinburg an Pigeon Forge. Would definitely stay again and the cabin is very roomy.

Much needed quick get-a-way! Had a great time! Cabin was great, to our surprise owners had a Christmas tree set up by the beautiful fireplace! Owners checked on us through our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything! We will definitely be back!
